Ali is experienced in all aspects of career planning and management and is dedicated to supporting individuals to develop skills to confidently take control of their career.
With over three years experience working in this industry and a solid understanding of the Australian Blueprint for Career Development, Ali has developed and implemented many workshops incorporating employability skills, choice, networking, job searching techniques, resume and cover letter writing.
A former business owner and employer for 18 years, Ali has extensive knowledge in retail, hospitality and business management and has Certificate IV in Career Development, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is qualified and experienced in assessing and supporting trainees, both theoretically and practically, through her former work with a registered training provider.
Ali has the ability to communicate well and build trusting relationships with individuals, creating a flexible and adaptable approach for each individual and their personal requirements. With a strong understanding of local industry, local employment services and local training providers, Ali can assist you to develop your own individual pathway.
