Emma is experienced in all aspects of career development and is focused on assisting individuals to reach their career goals.
She is practiced in coaching and supporting people throughout the process of career development and is experienced at providing a range of career planning, career information and career resources to meet individual needs. She is also experienced in job search strategies, local labour market, employability skills, targeted resume preparation, cover letter techniques and job applications.
Emma has a good knowledge of Career Development practices both in Australia and Internationally. She uses the professional standards for Australian Career Development Practitioners and the Australian Blueprint of Career Development as core foundations in her daily activities. She has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, empower and support individuals on their journey.
Emma’s background incorporates business management and ownership in the Hospitality and Retail sectors. She has Certificate IV in Career Development and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. Emma has also recently started working with individuals and businesses to look at skills recognition, job profiling and workforce planning.
