Martin is experienced in all aspects of career planning and is keen to support individuals in planning and achieving their career goals.
Martin has extensive experience in Business Management which allows him to look at the job search process from both sides of the interview. Over thirty years involved in Retail, Hospitality and training roles, most recently running his own training business for two years.
Martin has continually looked for ways to enhance his personal development and has completed Certificate IV qualifications in Training, Assessment and Education (TAE), Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), Career Development and also has a Certificate in Business Management. As part of his business he has been responsible for designing, writing and presenting a number of courses to assist individuals with job search techniques including understanding the self marketing process and identifying relevant employability skills to assist in this process.
Martin has strong interpersonal skills and can develop productive relationships with all types of people. He has a good understanding of the Australian Blueprint for Career Development and uses this knowledge and previous experience to implement a flexible approach to every individual's job search activities.
